"Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen, published in 1977 by Easton Press in Norwalk, Connecticut, with a preface by Frank Swinnerton and illustrations by Helen Sewell. An attractive 8vo volume (5.5" x 8.5") bound in full blue leather with gilt decoration to the covers, a hubbed spine with gilt decoration, all edges gilt, and elegant peach moiré endpapers.

The volume features a frontispiece depicting Jane Austen and combines Austen's beloved classic with the distinguished presentation of an Easton Press leather binding. The gilt decoration on the back board is slightly faded. A handsome collectible edition for admirers of Jane Austen, classic English literature, and finely bound books.
