"Englishwoman in the Philippines" by Mrs. Campbell Dauncey, published in New York by E. P. Dutton and Company in 1906, is an early 20th-century travel account offering an Englishwoman’s observations of life and travel in the Philippines.

This 8vo volume measures approximately 5.5" x 8.625" and is handsomely bound in 3/4 dark green morocco, with a gilt top edge. The spine features moderate gilt decoration with five compartments and two panels, with gilt lettering for the title and author. There is a minor chip to the outside of the title panel.

The book has green linen-textured endpapers and pastedowns pastedowns and endpapers at both the front and rear. There is moderate foxing from the title page through page xviii, with sparse foxing throughout the text, and heavier foxing along the side edges. Pages have deckled edges. The exterior remains in very good condition, making this an attractive Edwardian-era travel and Philippines-related volume.
