Raphael with Forty-One Illustrations. A. R. Dayhurst. 1905. London: Methuen & Co. 24mo (4.125" x 5.875") 223 pp. Quarter vellum over blue cloth boards, gilt rule to vellum edges. Vellum spine with gilt lettering to green leather, overall gilt floral decoration to rest. Top edge gilt, marbled endpapers. Edgewear, corners bumped and rubbed with tiny loss to tips. Soiling to fore-edge of upper board, small spots of stain to both boards. Mild foxing to first and last few leaves and towards center, mostly to page margins. Illustrated with photographs, with photogravure frontispiece of Raphael. A very attractive book upon the shelf.
